AC Milan, along with several other clubs in Italy, are reportedly showing interest in signing Harry Maguire from Manchester United.

This news may be a concern for top Premier League suitors West Ham, who have been linked with Maguire in the past.

It’s said that Manchester United is open to offers for the England international in the upcoming transfer window since he doesn’t appear to be part of Erik ten Hag‘s long-term plans at the club.

Maguire has seen limited playing time this season, and despite Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane being sidelined at various times, he has only started one Premier League game.

Maguire was stripped of the captaincy at Old Trafford, and with ongoing struggles to secure regular playing time, he has expressed his frustration, saying:

“I am not going to sit here all my life and play once a month.”

This suggests he might be open to an exit in the upcoming transfer window. West Ham has shown interest in Maguire in the past and reignited their interest following his recent comments, in addition to reported interest from Saudi Arabia.

Now, it’s reported that AC Milan, among other Serie A clubs, are closely monitoring the situation regarding Maguire.
