Arsenal will reportedly sign Hertha Berlin youngster Omar Rekik during the January transfer window.
The 19-year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance for his German club but has impressed at youth level, with his performances allegedly leading to a host of interest.
According to Bild, the Gunners have won the race to sign the centre-back, who will cost Mikel Arteta’s side in the region of €600,000 (£540,000).
The report claims that Rekik has received offers from across Europe, but he will now travel to London ahead of penning a contract with the capital giants.
The Tunisia Under-21 international could be loaned back to Hertha for the remainder of the 2020-21 campaign, according to football.london, but he has allegedly been told that he will train regularly with the first team when he officially joins the club.
