The first Premier League derby between Manchester United and Leeds United at Elland Road in more than 17 years proved a disappointment as the two sides played out a goalless draw.
The result – in stark contrast with the thrilling 6-2 at Old Trafford in the reverse fixture earlier this season – means Manchester City are now just two wins from claiming the Premier League title.
There were few chances at Elland Road in what was a physical clash, the visitors going closest to scoring through a dipping free kick from Marcus Rashford just before halftime which was tipped over by Leeds keeper Illan Meslier.
