Juventus are ready to offer Paulo Dybala or Miralem Pjanic in a summer transfer swoop for Paul Pogba, according to reports from Italy.
Pogba is widely expected to leave United this summer having struggled to live up to his potential since he switched from Juventus four years ago for £89million – at the time a world-record transfer fee.
He has since been linked with a return to the Serie A giants, although Real Madrid are thought to be the favourites for the midfielder’s signature.
But Juve are preparing to offer forward Dybala or midfielder Pjanic plus around £55m in exchange for Pogba, according to Italian news outlet Tuttosport.
Dybala became the third Bianconeri player to test positive for coronavirus last weekend, after teammates Daniele Rugani and Blaise Matuidi.
