Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah insisted that he wants to stay at Anfield for as long as he can, SportVectru reports.
“If you ask, I say I want to stay here as long as I can, but as I have said before, it is in the hands of the club,” Mo Salah told Norwegian channel TV2 about his future at Liverpool.
“I will always give 100 per cent to the last minute I am in this club and I want to win as many trophies as I can.
“And I want to give 100 per cent to the people, who show me love all the time.”
Rumours of Salah’s potential exit have intensified since the Egyptian’s comments to the Spanish newspaper AS in which he refused to rule out a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona in the future.
Despite that, Liverpool are understood to be calm about the situation, and the club is more likely to offer him a new deal than to contemplate his departure.
