Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SportVectru – Scores & News (“the App”), which is owned and operated by SportVectru (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.

License to Use the App

SportVectru grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
User Accounts

2.1 To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Users’ daily free predictions on the App may be limited. SportVectru reserves the right to set a daily limit for free predictions and may modify the limit at its discretion.
Points and Earnings

3.1 SportVectru is within its rights to deduct your points at any time, without prior notice, if we identify any violation of these Terms or any fraudulent activity associated with your account.

3.2 Users’ points earned through the App are not equivalent to physical cash or currency but are provided in the form of airtime and data, subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier or service provider.

3.3 Points earned by users are not fixed and are calculated based on a combination of factors, which may include app usage, achievements, sports predictions accuracy, and other variables as determined by SportVectru.
Termination of Earnings

4.1 SportVectru reserves the right to revoke your earnings if any foul play, cheating, or violation of these Terms is observed.

4.2 We may investigate any suspicious or unusual account activities, and if we find evidence of misuse or violation of our policies, we may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to withholding or canceling your earnings.
Withdrawals and Phone Number Accuracy

5.1 Users may have the option to withdraw their earned points in the form of airtime or data to their mobile phones.

5.2 SportVectru is not responsible for any mistakes in your input phone number while processing withdrawal requests. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the provided phone number is accurate and belongs to the intended recipient.

5.3 Once a withdrawal request is processed and sent to the provided phone number, SportVectru cannot reverse or refund the airtime or data sent, even in the case of an incorrect or unintended recipient.
Intellectual Property

6.1 The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are the intellectual property of SportVectru and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the App’s intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7.2 SportVectru does not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

7.3 We disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SportVectru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Changes to the Terms and the App

9.1 SportVectru may modify these Terms at any time, and the updated version will be posted on the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Nigeria, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
