Tottenham and Arsenal are reportedly prepared to battle Barcelona for Raphinha in a transfer war that could see Leeds interest up to £60million for the Brazil forward.
Chelsea are likewise showing an interest in the 25-year-old, who is keen to the play in the Champions League after dazzling in his two seasons in England.
Raphinha is accepted to incline toward a move to Barcelona and is remembered to have previously concurred individual terms with the Catalan giants.
Be that as it may, Barcelona’s financial issues complicates matters and their move has stalled because they are unable to fund a deal. The Spanish club have debts of more than £1bn and severe controls on their recruitment could open the entryway for Spurs and Arsenal.
Tottenham are said to have already made contact with Leeds, who are open to selling Raphinha if their valuation is met.
Leeds are also expecting an approach from Arsenal. Raphinha’s agent Deco is said to have held meetings with Arsenal technical director Edu, which has increased speculation that the Gunners will make an offer for a player who scored 11 top-flight goals last season.
Tottenham hope his desire to play in the Champions League adds strength to their approach. Raphinha has two years left on his Leeds contract but is ready to leave Elland Road ahead of the World Cup this winter.
