When are the 4th round FA Cup replays and how can I watch on TV?
The FA Cup fourth round will come to a close in midweek as replays decide which final sides progress to the fifth round.
The competition has already seen the exits of teams like Arsenal, Chelsea and Newcastle, while feel-good stories like Wrexham’s run show the good old fashioned spirit of the cup is alive and well.
Here are the games to take notice of on Tuesday and Wednesday.
There were five ties in the 2022/23 FA Cup that will require replays to separate the sides, be it in normal time, extra time or on penalties.
Ipswich and Burnley couldn’t be separated in a goalless encounter at Portman Road and will duke it out again at Turf Moor. Championship Sunderland went a goal up early on against Fulham but couldn’t hold on, while Grimsby vs Luton and Wrexham vs Sheffield United provided excellent entertainment in the first games with respective 2-2 and 3-3 draws.
Sheffield United vs Wrexham
The first game between Sheffield United and Wrexham was billed as a clash between two form sides through the Football League and there’ll be hopes for more drama in the replay after the 3-3 draw.
A fifth round tie at home to Tottenham is the reward for the winners. Both sides will be targeting promotion in their leagues, but the hint of a giant-killing in the next round could provide more of an incentive here.
Sunderland vs Fulham
Fulham will be without manager Marco Silva for their trip to Sunderland. The head coach received his fourth yellow card of the season during the goalless draw with Chelsea on Friday night and will not be on the touchline.
His Cottagers side scrambled to salvage a replay as Tom Cairney equalised just after the hour mark following Jack Clarke’s sixth minute opener.
Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham are the last top six sides remaining in the FA Cup and their fifth round games will each be shown by UK broadcasters.

Arsenal pre-season 2023/24: Fixtures and schedule
Having reached new heights in the Premier League in 2022/23, Arsenal will soon be beginning their preparations for the new campaign with a pre-season tour to get ready for 2023/24.
Preparations for last season took place in Germany for Arsenal but with the Covid-19 pandemic a bit more of a distant memory for many, it is expected that more teams will be heading further afield again to either the United States of America or Asia.
Arsenal are yet to announce a full training camp location for their pre-season but they do have one fixture already confirmed which drops a big clue.
The Gunners are going to be coming up against an MLS All-Star team in Washington D.C. which will be coached by Manchester United and England legend Wayne Rooney. That takes place on July 19 and it is hard to imagine that Arsenal will only play one game in America.
A semi-regular fixture of Arsenal’s pre-seasons in recent years has been the Emirates Cup, but there has not been any word on whether an edition of that will be taking place or not this summer. If there is, then Arsenal could be splitting their time between America and London.

As is the case for almost every big club in football now, all of Arsenal’s pre-season friendlies are expected to be televised live on Arsenal.com and their official app with a subscription.
